talks about making sure that your internal pages are named properly for Google and other engines. Say you have a site about scooters(like me at Go Motor Scooter.) My site has the name Scooter in the title. One of my categories is Scooter Stores. When someone searches for scooter stores, they are more likely to find my page about scooter stores, than if I named it stores.
